Responsibilities:

As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nail care services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  1. Manicures and Pedicures: Perform meticulous manicures and pedicures, including cuticle care, nail shaping, and hand/foot massages.

  2. Nail Artistry: Showcase your creative talents by providing various nail art designs and styles tailored to clients' preferences.

  3. Nail Extensions: Apply and maintain nail extensions, including gel and acrylic, ensuring a natural and flawless appearance.

  4. Nail Health: Assess the health of clients' nails and recommend appropriate treatments and products for nail care and maintenance.

  5. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment for clients and staff.

  6. Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their nail care needs and recommend suitable services and products.

  7. Upselling and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends, products, and techniques to provide expert recommendations and upsell services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  1. Certification: Hold a valid nail technician license or certification from a recognised institution (VTCT).

  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Nail Technician, demonstrating a diverse skill set in manicures, pedicures, and nail artistry.

  3. Creativity: Show a passion for nail art and design, and an ability to create unique and captivating nail looks.

  4. Hygiene Standards: Be well-versed in maintaining impeccable hygiene practices and sanitization procedures.

  5. Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.

  6. Time Management: Efficiently manage appointments and work with a sense of punctuality.

Requirements:

  1. Certification: Hold a valid beauty therapy or esthetician license/certification from a recognised institution (VTCT 3 or Higher).

  2. Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Beauty Therapist with expertise in a variety of beauty treatments.

  3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience for clients.

  4. Beauty Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
